Please pay prior to February 1,2025 to avoid late fees. Late fees have been billed to accounts with unpaid balances . The rate is billed at $0.02 per square foot.

Director Meeting
The Board of Directors for Continental Land Owners Association will hold a meeting on August 16,2025 via video call via Zoom at 6:00 PM
The subject of the meeting is general business of the Association which may include- vendor contracts, enforcement actions deed restrictions and collection, sale of LOA owned lots and other matters that may pertain to the association .
Owners may attend the Board meeting but will not disrupt the Board meeting.
If you wish to address the Board, please request in writing the question(s) to ask the Board and submit no later than 48 hours prior to the Board meeting to Tara@APCmgmt.com.The Owner will be placed on the agenda to address the Board of Directors.
Planning to clear your lot , add fencing or a building?
Please note - ANY changes to your lot , MUST be approved prior to the beginning of any change on your lot. You may be required to remove any improvement not APPROVED.
You will be required to contact the necessary County and City for building guides and permits.
Please note residential buildings are not permitted. Please visit the Forms tab for the lot improvement form and review the guidelines/ restrictions for the community.
