The Board of Directors for Continental Land Owners Association will hold a meeting on

Monday,  August 24,2026  7:00 PM via video conference through Zoom.  The link will be emailed to lot owners with an email address on file with the Association.
The subject of the meeting is general business of the Association which may include - budget, lots for sale and offers,vendor contracts, enforcement actions deed restrictions, collection, maintenance and other matters that may pertain to the Association.
The agenda will have a Lot Owner forum; owners will have the opportunity to address the Board of Directors. Each owner will be allotted up to three (3) minutes to ask questions or share comments. We kindly ask that you keep your remarks concise and relevant to allow time for as many participants as possible. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please note - ANY changes to your lot , MUST be approved prior to the beginning of any change on your lot.

​You may be required to remove any improvement  not APPROVED.
You will be required to contact the necessary County and City  for building guides and permits.
Please note residential buildings are not permitted.
