Please note - ANY changes to your lot , MUST be approved prior to the beginning of any change on your lot. You may be required to remove any improvement  not APPROVED.

You will be required to contact the necessary County and City  for building guides and permits.

Please note residential buildings are not permitted. Please visit the  Forms tab for the lot improvement form and review the guidelines/ restrictions for the community.

​The Annual Assessment  is due January 1,2024.

Please pay prior to February 1,2024 to avoid late fees. Late fees have been billed to accounts with unpaid balances . 

The rate is billed at $0.02 per square foot. 

Please make all payments to Continental Land Owners Association (CLOA) , if you wish to make an ACH or credit payment , please refer to the Make a payment.
